Prewitt, Cynthia (Fifth Grade)

I am beginning my 25th year as an educator. The 2025-2026 school year is my third year at Chickasaw Intermediate School. Before joining Chickasaw City Schools, I spent 4 years teaching fourth grade, and 18 years teaching 6th grade science at Phillips Preparatory School in Mobile. This is my first year teaching 5th grade and I am excited about this new opportunity. I received a Bachelor's Degree from The University of Mississippi, and a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from Spring Hill College. In my spare time I enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking, kayaking, and going to the beach. I also love spending time with my family, going to thrift stores, and collecting antiques.
